Terry Brantly has been with the NJ Probation Services Division for over 19 years and is currently an Intensive Surpervision Program Officer. As the backbone and advocate of the families we sponsor, Terry oversees all community outreach including final approval of all selected families. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Terry and husband Frank have two children; Jack and Luke.

Lucy Imperatore is owner and proprietor of two local Midland Park enterprises including Kames Boutique and The Hiding Place. Active in community charity work for the past 20 years, Lucy is responsible for Inventory and Warehose Operations at Urban Exchange. A Vermont College graduate in Expressive Art therapy and a Columbia University Certified Holistic Health Counselor, Lucy and husband John have five children; Kaitlin,Andrew,Meagan,Luke, and Jack  

Alison Stella is a former Executive of Medco Health Solutions and a current Executive of Generation Health. With over 20 years experience heading up Account Management and Operations, Alison is responsible for Administrative Operations at Urban Exchange. A graduate of Gettysburg College, Alison and husband George have two children; Jack and Niki.

Jack Slingland and Andrew Imperatore are now Juniors in college. As members of the original founding team, Jack and Andrew launched the concept of engaging their Ramapo High School football teammates to pick up household goods from local donors to make door to door deliveries to those less fortunate. Both continue to participate during holidays and other college breaks

Niki Slingland began her involvement at the age of 12 with the initial Christmas project that launched Urban Exchange.  Now a senior in high school, in addition to her own volunteerism, Niki's responsibilities include communications, scheduling, holiday service projects, toy drives and oversight of all on site pick ups and deliveries
